Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is 3DevS sp. z o.o., ul. Konarskiego 18C, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000756745 (Sąd Rejonowy w Gliwicach, X Wydział Gospodarczy KRS — District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register), VAT ID (NIP) 6312682679.

What data we collect

• Forms on the website (contact, “Book a demo”, “Ask about the pilot”): email address, phone number (if you provide it), the message, the form subject and the date it was sent.
• Emails and phone calls: the data you give us yourself, e.g. your name, company name, email address and phone number.
• Technical data: the server that hosts the website records in its logs, among other things, the IP address, the date and time of the visit, the page address and the browser type.

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without an email address we will not be able to reply.

Why we process data and on what legal basis

• Replying to your message and preparing a quote or offer — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
• Security and proper operation of the website (server logs, protecting forms against spam) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Who we share data with

• Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form handling (including spam filtering).
• Providers of the email service that receives messages from the forms.
• Public authorities, where required by law.

Netlify may also process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep data

• Form messages and correspondence — until the conversation ends; if we do not start working together, no longer than 12 months from the last contact. If we sign a contract — for its duration, then for the limitation period for claims and as long as accounting and tax regulations require.
• Server logs — for as long as Netlify retains them, usually a few days.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• have your data rectified,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl).
