What do we do?
We build software from the hardware layer up to the user interface. Four areas, one team, direct contact with the people who deliver the project.
- Fixed price per stage
- First prototype in 2–3 weeks
- Pay on acceptance
Web & mobile apps
- Business systems
- Admin panels
- Mobile apps
We work in .NET and React with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, and publish to the App Store and Google Play.
- UI/UX design together with the app — one team designs and builds,
- web applications,
- mobile applications,
- integrations: APIs, ERP, accounting, payments, KSeF (Polish e-invoicing),
- maintenance and development of existing systems, including older .NET applications.

AI & automation
We plug AI into the processes you already have, together with the people who will use it. We start with the tasks your team finds the most tedious — retyping data, searching through documents, notes after meetings — so that AI comes as a relief, not a threat.
- AI assistants in CRM and customer service — help with notes, draft replies, automatic tasks,
- transcription of meetings and phone calls with a summary and the agreed action points,
- search and answers based on your company documents (RAG) — contracts, procedures, offers,
- local models (on-premise, no data sent outside) and integration with the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs,
- automation of reports, documents and repetitive tasks,
- choosing the model and estimating costs before rollout — you know the monthly cost up front.
Where data must not leave your company, we run the models locally on your own server.
How do we roll out AI so that your team actually wants to use it?
Your company
- 01We talk to people, not just to management
- 02One task to begin with
- 03Clear rules from day one
- 04AI suggests, people decide
- 05We measure relief, not just hours
next task
Data stays in your company
- We talk to people, not just to management. We ask your staff what wears them down most in their daily work. That is where we start.
- One task to begin with.We pick one tedious task and build an assistant for it. You see the effect within a few weeks, and the team has a say in what comes next.
- AI suggests, people decide.AI prepares a draft, a summary, a proposal. The decision stays with your employee.
- Clear rules from day one.The team knows what AI does, which data it uses and what it is not used for. We train on the team’s real cases, not on slides.
- We measure relief, not just hours. Before and after the rollout we ask the team what has changed in their work. We count time too, but it is not the only measure.
- Data stays in your company. When data must not leave the company, we run the AI models locally — on your own server.
IoT & firmware
We design devices and the software that runs them: from firmware, through the controller, to the cloud app.
- controllers on Raspberry Pi, ESP32 and ARM microcontrollers,
- vision and thermal imaging systems with AI — from cameras to reports (e.g. Therm Check),
- device firmware (C, Keil, J-Link), OTA updates,
- MQTT, Zigbee and LTE communication; integration with Home Assistant and industrial systems,
- mobile and web apps for devices.

Websites & e-commerce
Company websites, online shops and visual identity — design and build in one place.
- UI/UX design — layout, graphics and ease of use,
- company websites that are fast and cheap to run — we also migrate older sites,
- online shops,
- logos, brochures, business cards, promotional materials,
- marketing materials.

How do we work?
Call (free of charge)
you tell us about the problem, we ask questions. Afterwards you get the scope, the split into stages and a fixed price for each stage, usually within 2–5 days.
Small first stage
a workshop and a working prototype of the most important feature in 2–3 weeks, at a fixed price. Afterwards you know how we work and can decide whether to go on. No commitment to the whole project.
Build in iterations
every 2–4 weeks a working version for you to check, not a presentation. You pay after accepting each stage.
Launch & care
go-live, training, a warranty on bugs; then a service agreement with a response time, if you wish.
Our commitments
Realistic deadlines
We give you a deadline we can actually meet — even if it costs us the contract. Every stage has a date in the schedule.
Fixed price per stage
You know the price of each stage before we start. If the work takes longer, that is our risk, not yours.
Pay on acceptance
You pay for a working stage you have checked, not for a promise.
Code and access on your side
The repository sits in your account, documentation is kept up to date and you have full access to the code at all times.
Warranty
12 months of free bug fixes after go-live.
Response time
We reply within one business day; the service agreement sets the response time for failures.
Data security
A data processing agreement (GDPR); for AI, models can run on your own server.
Questions clients ask before working with us
You are a small company. What if something happens to you?
The project does not live in our heads. The code is in your repository, documentation is kept up to date and at least two of us know every project. If needed, another .NET and React developer can take it over without starting from scratch.
Aren’t you too small for our project?
We split the project into stages with a working result every 2–4 weeks, so you see our pace and quality from the start. For a larger scope, trusted developers we work with join in — always with your knowledge. Among other things, we build the mobile app and firmware for a thermostat manufacturer that sells its devices in many countries.
Won’t rolling out AI meet resistance from the team?
It often does, if people are the last to hear about it. That is why we start by talking to the staff and with the tasks they want to get rid of themselves. AI suggests and people keep the decisions — then the team treats it as help, not a threat. A rollout nobody uses never pays off.
Why is your deadline sometimes longer than in other offers?
Because we calculate it from the detailed scope, not from the date you would like to hear. Our offer comes with a schedule showing the date of each stage, so you can see where it comes from. If the deadline is critical for you, we propose what we can realistically deliver by that date and what will follow in the next stage. When comparing offers, ask every supplier for the same kind of schedule — the difference in deadlines usually explains itself.
Will the price go up along the way?
No. The price of a stage is fixed. If you change the scope, we quote the change separately before doing any work.
Will we depend on you?
You don’t have to. The code is in your repository from the start, documentation is kept up to date and the scope of the code licence is agreed individually with each client and written into the contract before we begin.
What happens after go-live?
A warranty on bugs, and then — if you wish — a service agreement with a defined response time. You can also take the system over yourself.
Is our data safe with AI solutions?
We sign a data processing agreement. If data must not leave your company, we run the models locally on your infrastructure; your data is never used to train any models.
How soon will we see results?
The first working stage usually 2–4 weeks after the start.
