SALES SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM WITH A MODULE DEDICATED TO THE SALE OF ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE

The Sales Support System is a solution that enables active management of the entire sales network in each organization or in selected projects. This tool supports and can supervise both own and indirect sales (partners).

It is adapted to the specifics of the anti-virus software market.

It makes it easier for traders to conduct more effective sales, that is, increase its value, faster acquisition of customers and profits growth. We have introduced some important functions in the software.

It is equipped with a central customer base that enables logging of all customer-related events, sales processes and customer retention. The system contains many elements of process automation, which ensures high efficiency of employees and reduces the costs of running a business. It is a fully functional solution that enables companies to efficiently run their business and increase the satisfaction of their clients.

  • registering a contact with a client, i.e. a visit. The layout of the visit itself and its elements are defined by the business administrator on the client's side
  • schedule of tasks to be performed (work calendar)

  • the ability to notify the user about important events using the notification bar, e.g. about new messages, unclosed work days
