PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The system collects and processes company information about projects, tasks, CVs of employees and contractors.

The most important goals of the system:

  • gaining knowledge about what projects are being carried out and what resources are involved in their implementation
  • efficient planning of future projects and accurate estimation of deadlines by efficiently using available personal and financial resources
  • effective and easy-to-use reporting system enabling efficient transfer of information to the company's management and headquarters in Warsaw
  • noting the time savings needed to track and analyze the progress of individual projects
  • enabling efficient updating of data and access to selected information via an easy and convenient interface
  • the possibility of day-to-day control of costs and timeliness of project implementation
  • generating a portfolio of employees and projects with which they are bound according to the templates for the World Bank and the Fare Fund in the form of printouts in MS Word format
HOW PROJECT SERVICES WORK

After entering the current company data (contractors, employees, projects along with assignment of tasks) you will be able to go to the project range planning:

Planning project range

  • determination by the responsible tasks that are to be executed in the selected project
  • defining the execution time of each task
  • determining the dependence between each task, eg after completing task 1, task 2 can be started, which uses materials created in task 1, which automatically extends the project execution time, but it will allow time management of assigned employees
  • creating Gantt charts, considering the division of the project into individual tasks, and scheduling them in time. With this visualization we get bright and clear picture of the situation at any time during the project. Each task has a clearly defined beginning and end. In addition, all elements can be linked to each other by indicating the order in which tasks are performed
  • time graph
  • a Gantt diagram that additionally includes resources used for each task
DOCUMENTS ATTACHED IN THE SYSTEM

The system has a repository of documents that can be attached from the level of the browser to each of the system elements:

  • employees
  • projects
  • tasks
  • contractors

The ability to search documents by any criteria. Connecting documents between a contractor and a project created for particular contractor, etc.

PROJECT COSTS (BUDGETING)

Cost allocation for:

  • materials - resources used in the project
  • labor - the cost of own employees
  • equipment - transport equipment, rented equipment, etc.
  • own / external services - examinations and expert opinions of external companies, etc.
